Apparently, I am now nocturnal

I got back from Japan a couple days ago. Apparently, I'm having a harder time getting over jet lag than I used to. Much harder. It takes me a couple days to adapt when I leave home for some distant port, but generally I'm OK. Going back, now... that's a real problem. I'm completely unable to fall asleep until around six in the morning. And that's using sedatives.

Guess I'll try an American brand of sleeping pills. This is getting ugly.
