The Normandy Commemorative Shoot

Long, full day: I rescheduled the shooting appointment of a couple weeks ago, so some friends and I observed the 60th anniversary of D-Day by blowing holes in stuff.

And yes, I got to shoot Julie's .500 Magnum. Full report when the pictures come back (I took film, others took digital), but this exchange will give you some idea:

Julie: "Are you all right?"
David: "No, I'm not. Because I don't have one of these."
