Getting fit

Haven't mentioned this, because I didn't think anybody cares, but lately I've been doing some calisthenics to try to get back into shape. I don't have any plans to get huge and ripped, but I would like more strength and endurance.

I'm following an abbreviated workout plan, and so far it seems to be working really well. The most surprising advance has been in flexibility: my hips may refuse to let me ever do splits, but lately I've been able to do a back bend, rest on my forehead, and touch my nose to the floor. That much extension needs hand support, for now, but I'm working on it.
