I've had some frustrations lately, so it's good to note that my fitness is proceeding apace. I've been doing my workouts for about a month and a half now, and there have definitely been results. Sometimes painful ones; I recklessly decided to make the jump from 150 squats to 200 -- after all, it didn't feel bad at the time. It felt bad for the next two days. So I decided to be more cautious and go up to 160 this morning, and it feels fine. Sit-ups still at 50, and I'm happy with that for now (though I'd like to do 'em a bit faster). I'm least satisfied with my arms; I can now hit 50 push-ups pretty easily if I do them in small sets, but my max number without a break is stuck around 25. My shoulders are getting pretty toned, as are my forearms, but my biceps and triceps are lagging a bit. Back bend is coming nicely.
