APED: "dreams in the water"

The things you hate will float. They're light.
Drop them all into the stream.
They'll round the bend and head from sight,
and in their stead the sweet dreams come.
Like flowers floating. Now you pluck.
Two at least. Don't take just one.
For all's not fair with life and luck --
have many dreams. Or else you're done.
