I'll not eat of what you give me,
drink no water from your well.
I'll not beg you to forgive me.
I'll give you silence; go to hell.
I'll be bitter, ever holding
in contempt your godly charms,
my soul and self I'll be withholding --
but these small seeds could do no harm.
