October 24th, 2004 (11:44 pm)

I've been seriously dedicated to four out of ten.

I'm two out of four - only because they inexplicably left out Power Rangers and The Sims.

O.o
joker

I've got four, and I only kept it that low because I managed to resist every attempt my RPG friends made to get me either into LARPing or collectible card games.

I think what's most interesting to me is that the ones I've been seriously involved in, the writers pretty much take for granted will only be of interest to male geeks (see the "Damage to Sex Life" section), to which I can only respond that they should take one look at my office. No one gives props to the female nerd, yo.

*ahahhaa* Thanks for this link -- I've been dying to know where this quote came from:

Safety Tip: If your comic book geek isn’t loudly complaining about something, check carefully – you might have blacked out and killed it.

geek chic!

Participating in several of these geeky pasttimes has actually gotten me laid -- and with good-looking fellow geeks, yet.

Who'd want to sleep with a non-geek, anyway? Yecch.
